Nobu Hotel Los Cabos Brings a Unique Experience to Cabo San Lucas

Nobu is now more than just a luxury Japanese restaurant. The luxury hotel collections just opened their eighth location in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

Crafted and cultivated by world-famous Japanese chef, Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Academy Award-winning actor, Robert De Niro, the Nobu Hotel concept brings both an illuminating and one-of- a-kind experience to the shores of Cabo San Lucas, joining the eight other properties in the hotel group. This is their first hotel in Mexico.

The 200-room property seamlessly blends contemporary Japanese minimalism with locally sourced natural, Mexican materials and finishes. Drawing design inspiration from the sophisticated palette that alludes to the Japanese aesthetic of the Nobu brand, as well as the unique elements of Cabo San Lucas, Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is the perfect fusion of architectural elegance and laid-back luxury. A fine dining Mexican concept with a-la-carte service and traditional taco & mezcal pairings. A six-course set dinner menu will also be available with seasonal ingredients, signature dishes and will be completely based on guest preferences. Malibu Farm

Malibu Farm is a rapidly expanding farm-to-table movement founded by Swedish native, cookbook author and farmer, Chef Helene Henderson. Born from Helene’s intimate dinner parties in her expansive garden, Malibu Farm found its first home on the pier in Malibu, California and will now find a new home on the West coast at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. Offering a selection of local healthy selections, sustainable and fresh-of-the-farm fare, Malibu Farm seeks to bring the farm-to-table concept to guests and health-savvy travelers from all around the world.

Culinary Garden

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos will feature only the freshest foods and produce on property. This will be made possible by a culinary garden where chefs will be able to pick their ingredients on-site.

Spa

The facility includes 13,691 square feet of spa space featuring 13 treatment rooms, salon services, indoor hydrotherapy areas, an outdoor hydrotherapy garden – co-ed lounge inside and outside – water circuit, experiential shower, cabana jacuzzi, outdoor shower, steam and sauna areas. The Fitness Facility showcases 3,723 square feet of full service gym equipment, and an indoor/outdoor yoga and spinning area.

Golf Courses

Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is located near the Diamante Cabo San Lucas Resort complex which features the most spectacular golf courses designed by Davis Love III and Tiger Woods.

Four pools are located on the property including infinity pools, private swim-up cabanas, private beach cabanas, Cortez Swim-up Bar at the main pool, 4 super cabanas equipped with a full bathroom, day bed, living area, and TV.
