Just last week, my wife & I were in Croatia's Plitvice Lakes, a UNESCO gem. We then took the bus to Zagreb. A friend I had not seen in 8 years posted on FB that he and his wife were also on their way to Zagreb having just spent the day in Plitvice Lakes! It then turned out we were all staying at the Hotel Esplanade. We of course enjoyed a great reunion dinner that night in old Zagreb. Kismet!
