Domestically, outside of the actual transit time, we can retrieve within 6 hours of your order in most major US cities, and within 24 hours of your order for all other locations.
Internationally

Preparation
Sport equipment does need to be in travel ready containers. Specifically, bikes need to be in an appropriate bike container or box, golf bags must be in an airline compatible case or cover and skis must also be in an appropriate ski container or bag.
Retrieval
Custom scheduled–anywhere in the world. A Luggage Free agent comes to your home, office, hotel or cruise ship at the scheduled time to collect your shipment.
Your luggage is wrapped in our custom made plastic, protective packaging and routed to your final destination. You are not required to be present at your scheduled retrieval time.
Transit.
We track your shipments internally, multiple times a day, all the way to final delivery. Upon delivery of each shipment, you are notified via email of the person who signed for your shipment, as well as the day and time the shipment was delivered so you can travel with the comfort of knowing your shipment has already arrived.
Delivery
Luggage Free delivers your shipment to your scheduled destination where it is waiting for you upon your arrival. You subsequently arrive refreshed from a hassle-free travel experience. All domestic deliveries are guaranteed on time. If you scheduled a round-trip shipment, the process is simply reversed.
