How It Works

The process is extremely simple, in that we retrieve your luggage prior to your trip and send it ahead where it is ultimately waiting for you upon your arrival. For your return the process is simply reversed.
Booking You can arrange service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week either online or by phone. Domestically, outside of the actual transit time, we can retrieve within 6 hours of your order in most major US cities, and within 24 hours of your order for all other locations. Internationally, we can pick up within 48 hours of your order, with more expedited service available in some select locations. Contact Luggage Free directly to learn more.		Preparation Simply have your items ready as if you were carrying them to the airport yourself. Luggage Free will take care of the rest. Sports equipment does need to be in travel ready containers. Specifically, bikes need to be in an appropriate bike container or box, golf bags must be in an airline compatible case or cover and skis must also be in an appropriate ski container or bag.
Retrieval A Luggage Free agent comes to your home, office, hotel or cruise ship at the scheduled time to collect your shipment. Your luggage is wrapped in our custom made plastic, protective packaging and routed to your final destination. You are not required to be present at your scheduled retrieval time.		Transit Luggage Free delivers your shipment to your scheduled destination where it is waiting for you upon your arrival. You subsequently arrive refreshed from a hassle free travel experience. All domestic deliveries are guaranteed on time. If you scheduled a round-trip shipment, the process is simply reversed.
Billing Luggage Free prices your delivery based on the exact weight of your shipment and not a weight range. Therefore, you are billed upon the completion of service after an exact weight report for your shipment has been determined. How We Do It
